The Roadlink Perimeter Fence & Gate Project features the construction of a secure and durable perimeter fence and main entrance gate. Located in Bankal, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, the project focuses on enhancing privacy, security, and the overall appearance of the property.
Scope of work
Abante Builders Inc. provided construction services, including labor and materials, for the proposed portion of the perimeter fence and gate. The scope includes a 4.8-meter-high perimeter fence along with electrical piping and wiring provisions for future lighting installations. The project also includes a sliding steel gate for the main entrance.
Client requirement
The client wanted to achieve a cost-effective perimeter fence solution while maintaining strength, durability, and a clean appearance. They also preferred materials that could be efficiently installed to help complete the project within a short construction period. The design and material selection were, therefore, considered based on both the client's budget and the project's functional requirements.
Site or construction challenge
The project site is located within an interior lot and has an existing soil-filled area and perimeter fence. During heavy rainfall, the right-of-way experiences minor flooding and mud accumulation due to the limited drainage conditions around the site.
